Thanks to the Corona Virus, everyone is suddenly home. Whether you’re a teacher trying to teach remotely or a small business owner looking for ways to service your customers, while applying social distancing, you may be overwhelmed by it all. You know that there is technology out there that could help you but which one do you choose?
First breathe, then realize that the whole thing is situational. What may work for the business coach, may not work for the therapist or the Dyslexia tutor. It depends on laws (HIPPA), current infrastructure and clientele. Over the past few years, my team at Tiny Stars has helped small businesses with their technology needs and can help you too.
For example, you’re a restaurant that is not set up on any delivery apps and you don’t have online ordering but are suddenly faced with the reality that you can only provide take-out to your customers. What do you do? Well again, its situational. For one restaurant we implemented a form that allows people to order their food online, receive a total but pay at pick-up. Another was able to implement an online option through their point of sale software they were using at their restaurant that can be linked to from their website. Similar problems, different solutions.
There are many ways to use technology for your small business, whether you want to provide online sewing classes, virtual seminars or sell custom jewelry; we can help you figure it all out. We want you to be able to monetize your services and in some cases have a residual income.
If you’re looking for help with your technology woos, lets set up a time to talk. Call me at 425.243.4176 or email me to set up a time.
Best Regards,
Dawn
